EVITAR A TODA COSTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Este restaurante es una completa farsa. El primer punto y el más importante que mencionaré es la práctica intencional y engañosa de cambiar el vino que pedimos por el vino más caro que era similar. Pedí una botella de Brunello di Montalcino a 440.000 COP. Conozco la diferencia cuando se trata de vino y sé que hay muchos viñedos que sacan a Brunello. En lugar de decirnos que no tenían el vino solicitado y ofrecernos la mejora, Arnaldo se encargó de darnos una botella con un precio de 650 000 COP, ¡aumentando el costo de nuestra factura y su propina en un 25 %! Esto es exactamente lo que los viajeros que gastan dinero duramente ganado esperan evitar. Cuando llegó la factura, simplemente nos dijo que no tenían el vino solicitado y NO dio ninguna razón para darnos una botella que tenía un precio un 50% más alto sin decir una palabra. En mi opinión, esto es fraude y el público consumidor debe ser consciente de esta práctica poco ética. En cuanto a la comida, si la explicación anterior sobre su práctica poco ética de aumentar la factura no es suficiente, entonces, por favor, no pidas la carne. Había estado en Cartagena durante 10 días en este punto y disfruté bistec en varios restaurantes. Pero esta carne se sirvió dura y, sinceramente, no comestible. Apenas comí nada en el plato después de dar el primer bocado. La comida fue simplemente el peor de todos los restaurantes que reservamos para nuestro viaje a Cartagena. The first and most important point I will make is the intentional and deceptive practice of switching out the wine we ordered and the most expensive wine that was similar to it. I ordered a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino at 440,000 COP. I know the difference when it comes to wine and I do know that there are many vineyards that put out Brunello. Rather than telling us they did not have the requested wine, and offering us the upgrade, Arnaldo took it upon himself to simply give us a bottled priced at 650,000 COP hiking up the cost of our bill and his tip by 25%!!!. This is exactly what travelers spending hard earned money hope to avoid. When the bill came he simply told us that they did not have the requested wine and gave NO reasoning behind giving us a bottle that was 50% higher in price without saying one word!!!!. This in my mind is fraud and the consuming public must be aware of this unethical practice. As for the food—if the above explanation regarding their unethical practice of padding the bill isn’t enough, then please—do not order the Beef. I had been in Cartagena for 10 days at this point and enjoyed steak in several restaurants. But this beef was served tough and honestly not edible. I barely ate anything on the plate after taking the first bite The food was simply the worst of all the restaraunts we booked for our trip in Cartagena.
