Tet is the Vietnamese new year. Having spent years in south east Asia I’m familiar with the cuisine and love it. It’s a wonderful mix of French and oriental foods. Hence a touch better than Chinese. I start my dinner with a bowl of Pho and then work my way through a whole lot of crunchy and spicy dishes just wonderful. A must return establishment.
