Outstanding Greek cuisine, it’s quite an art to get the right flavor for taramasala sauce to have with some freshly baked pita bread. I always enjoy lamp chops with vegetables in olive oil. The ripe kallamata olives are a treat by them selfs. How can you dine at a Greek restaurant without sampling a Souvlaki with plenty of tzadsiki sauce. All the mentioned delights should be accompanied by some Helenaka wines. And if you’re into sweets you can’t go wrong with baklava’s. Yummy!!!!
