A French fly by but after trying the octopus I was convinced that there must be more and there was. The staff is friendly and sleepy the ambiance is somewhat a what kind of mood you’re in. A couple of minor changes and this place will definitely make some noise. I’ll definitely come back in due time. Go check it out it’s a bit pricey but what’s to be expected in Cartagena.
